The Town of Fowler and Benton Community Foundation joined in an effort to convert a vacant building in the county seat into a town park. Fowler received a $50,000 grant from The Indiana Housing & Community Authority, after the town raised more than that amount. A ribbon cutting ceremony, including speakers, food, music, popcorn and more will be held, beginning at six p.m. on Wednesday, September 4th.
