On Friday, Governor Holcomb announced his plan to re-open the state’s economy during COVID 19. Here are some of his remarks during his press briefing, as he talks about stages of the process and dates when various businesses may re-open, with limitations at first, as we move from Stage 1 into Stage 2, and beyond.
